You will not be visited by a high pressure sales rep with promises of extra discounts if you sign up immediately. Your quote will be prepared by Kai who will also manage the installation of your system alongside our skilled engineers. He will come to your property at a mutually convenient time and suggest a system that suits your family the best.

He will answer any questions you may have at that time and will be on hand for any further queries that may arise during and after the installation.

As well as new installations, we have also made repairs to solar systems that have been badly fitted by other companies and we are shocked by some of the shoddy workmanship and materials. At the time of your quotation, we can offer you a personalised simulation of how the system will work in your property. It will include a system diagram and tables showing how much energy is produced, how much gas you are saving and your CO2 reduction

In all our installations we use specialist solar stainless steel pipe work, not copper or soldered joints-this is best practise and significantly improves the lifetime and performance of the system.

Roof installations are always secured with extra treated timber and we can provide structural engineer calculations if necessary to ensure maximum safety and compliance with Building Control.

Systems are filled with a high pressure solar filling pump to ensure no air is left in the system and we always fit automatic air separators. Air in a solar system leads to loss of performance and component degradation.

We only use Tyfocor dedicated solar heat transfer fluid in our systems, not mains water mixed with additives and there is no filling loop connected to the mains cold water-which would allow hard water into the solar system and cause limes scale and corrosion.

We install modern system controllers which log the amount of heat generated in kWhrs so you can see how much energy you are getting out of the system. All controllers also provide speed control of the solar pump to ensure maximum heat is always transferred from the panel. This results in better hot water heating and longer panel life.

All unvented cylinders are fitted with thermostatic mixing valves and in-line descalers to improve system efficiency and provide safe delivery of hot water. This means we can safely put more solar heat into the cylinder and protect it from scale formation.
