MY SOLAR CONTROLLERÂ IS FLASHING!
The most common fault is an airlock or loss of pressure. This will cause the controller to show an error, either a flashing red LED or message. Airlocks are caused by frequent overheating, loose connections, expansion vessel pressure loss. System pressure loss has similar causes. In most cases we can fix these in a single site visit.

MY UNVENTED CYLINDER IS LEAKING
If you have water dripping from the tundish or safety valve then either the expansion vessel, pressure and temperature relief valves or the pressure reducing valve needs attention.
I HAVE NO HOT WATER!
The solar system should generate plenty of hot water from spring through to autumn. Even in winter it will add some heat to you hot water cylinder, up to 25-30C. The most common faults are air locks, system pressure loss and faulty sensors, controllers or pumps.
