Kai has completed Viessmann's training on the Vitocal 150-A, a monobloc air source heat pump using R290, a natural refrigerant. It runs very efficiently at low flow temperatures. When a trained installer registers it with Viessmann, an extended manufacturer warranty is available. Ask us for the current terms.

The government Boiler Upgrade Scheme gives £7,500 towards an air source heat pump in England and Wales. Homes replacing an oil or LPG boiler can get £9,000 until 31 March 2027. We deduct the grant from your quote and apply on your behalf through our MCS certification route, so there is no form for you to fill in. You need to own the property and have a valid EPC.

An annual service keeps your manufacturer guarantee valid and your running costs down. We check the outdoor unit, coil, fan and drainage; system pressure and expansion vessel; strainers and magnetic filter; inhibitor and antifreeze; flow and return temperatures; the weather compensation curve; defrost operation and the error log; and the cylinder and legionella cycle. We service Grant Aerona and Viessmann Vitocal heat pumps and diagnose units that are noisy, short-cycling or not keeping the house warm.
